The location of this hotel was a big plus, as it was within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shopping options. We found this to be quite convenient, especially during our stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was the best we have had at any hotel. The attention to detail in the breakfast room was impressive, and the variety of options exceeded our expectations. It was a great way to start our day!

Minor inconveniences with service

I recently stayed at Best Western for 8 days, and I was thoroughly impressed. The location near Minneapolis airport was incredibly convenient for my travel purposes. The staff, including the friendly housekeepers, made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The freshly renovated bathroom was a nice touch, and the shower head was high enough for someone over 6'2" tall. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly soundproof, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The in-room refrigerator was the perfect size, and the breakfast provided each day was delicious.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, with plenty of shopping stores nearby. I was able to explore the area and enjoy some retail therapy. Secondly, the staff was attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any needs or questions I had. Lastly, the breakfast was a delightful experience. Not only was it included in the price, but there was also a fun pancake machine that allowed me to make my own pancakes. Such a unique and enjoyable perk!

I was pleased to find that the room I stayed in on the 3rd floor was clean and comfortable, just your average hotel room. The presence of a fridge and microwave was a helpful touch, allowing me to easily store and heat up my own meals. I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been satisfied with the service provided.

They kept the food hot and plentiful, and the dining area sparkling clean. I felt very welcomed by the entire team.

The hotel had a comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, and a clean and quiet environment. It was conveniently located near a shopping center with plenty of dining options and stores. The hotel's proximity to the freeway and the airport made it convenient for travelers. The front desk staff, especially Lori, went above and beyond to assist guests and made them feel welcome. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.

The lack of heat in the room, but considering the overall experience, it wasn't a major issue. the stay felt cozy and there were no complaints.
