We enjoyed our stay at this hotel during our business trip last week. the two complementary facts offered were a great surprise and saved us some money. the key location facts made it easy for us to get around town without getting lost. One of the best aspects was the spacious and comfortable rooms that provided us with a place to relax after a long day.

One of the worst aspects was the noise from the ongoing renovations, but once it's complete, this won't be an issue. the other thing we disliked was the extra charge for incidentals, which was much higher than we expected.

We loved the recently remodeled room and hotel! the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and tidy. It was a great surprise to find a whirlpool spa tub in our room, it was absolutely amazing! Another great aspect was the included breakfast, although we didn't have a chance to try it, we saw many guests enjoying it.

One downside was the lack of window screens in the rooms. It would have been nice to have the option to open the windows without worrying about bugs.

The customer service skills displayed by the staff were excellent, making me feel valued as a guest.

It made my stay extremely convenient. Secondly, the hotel staff provided excellent service, especially at check-in where they were friendly and efficient. They made me feel welcome right from the start. Additionally, the rooms were well-appointed with amenities like a pull-out couch and a hot tub, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lastly, the breakfast served at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The variety and quality of the food exceeded my expectations, making it a great way to start my day.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic, and there wasn't anything that I felt could be improved upon.

The room was immaculate, and the location was perfect for our needs. Despite some minor issues with the elevator, overall I had a great stay at this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay during their travels.

Large and comfy room, convenient location, friendly staff, handicapped room for my husband, terrific ambiance.
