The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of options to start the day off right. The outdoor heated pool and whirlpool provided a relaxing way to unwind after a long day.

Phone communication was difficult due to recent issues.

Our stay was pleasant, the staff warmly welcomed us. The hotel's location was ideal for sightseeing and shopping: a casino was adjacent with clean newer rooms and fresh bedding. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Blackout curtains and a coffee maker were included in the room.

There was no breakfast, and only lukewarm water was available for showers.

Our stay at Best Western Desert View was lit! We had a blast exploring the nearby Escena Golf Club, just a short drive away. The rooms were super clean and comfy, perfect for chilling after a day of adventure. The staff was cool and welcoming, making us feel at home.

The only thing we wished for was a more happening vibe for young party-goers. It would be awesome if the hotel had a DJ or some sick entertainment options to keep the party going all night long.

We stayed at a hotel close to Agua Caliente for a concert, but it was too expensive. So we chose Best Western Desert View Inn & Suites, which was half the cost and still convenient. The hotel was very clean and quiet, and our 2-bedroom suite with a kitchen was perfect. The location was great, with quick freeway access and nearby restaurants. Even for the Coachella Music Festival, the drive was not bad at all. We would definitely stay here again.
