Friendly staff and nice breakfast. The noise from the room above us was pretty loud in the morning.

Our stay at Best Western Plus was fantastic! The manager went above and beyond to resolve an issue we had with the front desk not answering our calls. They even refunded our Uber ride! The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The shuttle service was prompt and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location near the airport and excellent service.

Best Western Plus provided exceptional customer service. I arrived late at night, tired and cranky after a flight delay. The night clerk quickly checked me in, cancelled my incorrect reservation, and even told me about the complimentary breakfast starting at 5am. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and smooth. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, and the complementary shuttle back to the airport was a great convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and amenities.

The breakfast had limited options and the waffles tasted sour. the breakfast area was unclean and the office chair in our room was broken.

I had a similar experience to one of the other guests regarding the shuttle service. When I called for the shuttle after landing at DFW, I was told it would arrive in 5-10 minutes. However, it took much longer. Thankfully, a neighboring hotel's shuttle gave me a ride instead.

Although there weren't any nice restaurants within close proximity, everything else at the hotel was good. The pool was nice, with a fountain and hot tub, and the breakfast, while not the best with the pre-made brown paper sack, was sufficient.

As a woman traveling alone, I appreciated the comfortable and spacious room at a great price. The bed was cozy and the staff was friendly. The airport shuttle service was a huge bonus, saving me money on transportation.
