The staff, from the young woman at the front desk to the breakfast lady and room cleaners, were all incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The housekeeping team was unprofessional, ignoring the "do not disturb" sign every day. The breakfast was below average with the lack of service. the hotel looks rundown and outdated.

The staff was unhelpful and failed to address the noise disturbance from a group of teenagers on the same floor, causing a disturbance to my sleep.
