I stayed at Best Western for a graduation and was thrilled to find out that the Hotel Manager was a fellow SNHU alum like myself. It would have been nice to see more subtle blue and yellow decor in the lobby to represent and welcome fellow new alums. The front desk personnel were all pleasant, and the breakfast selection was impressive. The beds were comfy, and the room was clean. The nearby brewery/restaurant was a great convenience, and the room with the spa tub was definitely worth it. We also enjoyed visiting Chunkys dine-in cinema and American Stonehenge.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The whirlpool was very relaxing, but the jets needed some cleaning. The bed was comfy, but the lighting in the room was a bit dim. Our dog picked up a tick, but we still enjoyed our stay. I'd recommend this hotel.

Additionally, the location was perfect, close to McIntyre Ski, a mall, and various dining options. I recently stayed at Best Western Plus for a quick overnight stop near the airport. The airport shuttle was very convenient, and the room service was quick and the staff member who brought our order was professional and friendly. The staff in general were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, especially the kitchen and breakfast staff. The hotel itself was quiet and clean, and there was even water available for guests in the lobby. The location was great, with a fantastic restaurant nearby called Backyard Brewery that served excellent food in a casual and neighborly atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be more than happy to return.

The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options, including a delicious oatmeal cookie. The hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped and provided a peaceful place for an early morning stroll. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant just a short walk away.

The noise from the neighboring rooms was a bit disruptive, making it difficult to have a restful night's sleep.

The King Room I stayed in was spacious, with convenient amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, and sofa-bed. The complimentary WiFi and buffet breakfast were added bonuses, even though I didn't personally partake in the breakfast. The Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the wedding I attended at the hotel was managed flawlessly. I must say, the food served at the wedding was the best I've ever had at any wedding. Additionally, the location was great, with easy walking access to a fantastic restaurant called The Backyard Brewery.
