Suite was clean and had a homey feeling. Friendly staff treated us like family. Convenient location off the highway.

Coffee was bitter and not enjoyable. Hotel is located on a service road with lots of traffic, although convenient for avoiding rush hour.

The hotel had amazing room size, which was a pleasant surprise. the staff was very kind and accommodating, especially the assistant general manager. They allowed us to check in earlier than the usual time and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. the beds were incredibly comfortable, which was a huge plus for my husband who has back problems. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from each day.

The parking area was quite small and limited, which was a bit inconvenient. the hotel building itself could use some updates to match the quality expected from a hotel like this.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - close to eateries and everything I wanted to get to. It made exploring the area a breeze. Secondly, the staff were wonderful, always attentive and ready to help. The service was top-notch. Lastly, the rooms on the first level were spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Wide variety of nearby stores and restaurants, including Culver's Frozen Custard.

The hotel was clean and had all the facilities I needed for a short stay. It was situated just off the highway, making it easy to access. The free parking was a bonus, and the breakfast, although it had a limited menu, was warm and satisfying. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect as it was close to everything I wanted to get to, including eateries and a theme park.

The location of this hotel was excellent for our family vacation. It was easy to get to and a short distance from downtown and all the attractions we wanted to visit. Additionally, it was just 5 minutes away from Six Flags and about 18 minutes from SeaWorld, which was very convenient for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining the property. The doors to the rooms were outside and surrounded the pool area, which we imagine would be a lot of fun during the summer months. The breakfast in the morning was great, with a good selection of hot and cold foods. The variety was impressive, and it provided a good start to our days of exploring the city.

Nothing to improve, everything was perfect during our stay.

I had an amazing time at a hotel in San Antonio during my Christmas vacation! the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I loved that they had a great breakfast with plenty of hot choices like eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Plus, they had the usual cereals and pastries, so there was something for everyone's taste. the location was also a big plus as it was conveniently located right off the highway, making it easy for me to get back on the road after a comfortable night's stay.

There were a few things that could have been better. the decor of the room was a bit dated with a dark '80s vibe, which didn't really match my personal taste.

Had a great Christmas stay at the hotel! Loved the complementary breakfast and the hot coffee in the lobby. the hotel's location was perfect for us as it was close to all the shops and restaurants. Our room was cozy and it had an amazing view of the city!

The Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak, and we had trouble connecting to it at times. the towels in our room were a bit thin, and we had to ask for replacements.

The location was central to everything I wanted to get to, especially the theme park, and close to areas that I visited. The room was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was good enough to start the day.

The staff seemed unprepared for our needs. We had to ask for basic items such as toilet paper, coffee packets, and cups multiple times during our stay.

This hotel has everything I need for a fantastic stay. The location is perfect, close to everything I want to get to and all the areas I like to visit. The staff is excellent and always make me feel welcome. The rooms are spotless and cozy, and the breakfast is always a lovely start to my day.
