Inconsistent cleanliness throughout the property was disappointing. The pool area showed signs of neglect with dirty water and maintenance issues, which detracted from my enjoyment.

hairs in the shower? really? And don’t even get me started on the dreadful coffee. bitter doesn’t even begin to describe it. A complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice for such a disgraceful experience. Will not be returning here, ever.

oh, where to even begin? the welcome note I got on a dirty paper was just charming, and the shower was clogged—typical! as if that wasn't enough, I was treated like everyone else—a shocking $100 deposit like I’m going to ruin a hotel room with kids for one night. if only there was a complimentary upgrade to make my stay livable!
