The room was comfortable and clean, making for a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to the highway and nearby amenities such as gas stations and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was hot and plentiful, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

There were some negative aspects to our experience. The hall carpets were dirty, which was a disappointment compared to the cleanliness of the room.

This hotel is conveniently located, making it a great base for exploring both Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island and Jacksonville. It is also close to the airport, perfect for those with early morning flights. The rooms are comfortable with nice decor, and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating, as they were able to move guests to another room when the A/C was not working properly. The breakfast includes delicious potatoes, and the newly renovated rooms have great soundproofing.

The hallway noise can sometimes be heard in the rooms, which may be bothersome for light sleepers.

The staff at Best Western Plus was incredibly accommodating when I arrived to find someone else had checked in under my reservation. They quickly handled the situation and even gave me a free upgrade as an apology. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast offered was a nice bonus as well. I had a very nice experience at Best Western Plus and would definitely recommend it.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. It was located in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing vacation. I loved the on-site car park and easy access to the freeway, which made my travel very convenient. The room was equipped with modern amenities, such as air conditioning, microwave and refrigerator. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommended an excellent breakfast place nearby, which had everything I wanted. The sun terrace had some lovely garden furniture, and the indoor swimming pool and fitness centre were good additions to the leisure facilities.

This hotel is strategically located and provides great accessibility. It is a few minutes away from several places making it a good location. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The rooms have a fridge and a microwave. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.

We were driving all day and were exhausted, but the staff at Best Western Plus made our check-in quick and efficient, giving us a warm welcome. The location, though not ideal for daily trips to the island, was perfect for travelers on Route 95, offering a quiet and peaceful stay. The price for three people, including breakfast, was unbeatable. The 12 o'clock check out time was a bonus, and the entrance had a comforting "home" feel to it. The night front desk clerk, Demerious, was awesome, with his friendly smile and attentiveness. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing, with fresh waffles and delicious coffee. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
