I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus in Gallup. As a traveler on a road trip, I was looking for a quiet place to work and the location was perfect. Michelle, the staff member, went above and beyond to accommodate me by opening up the meeting room and ensuring it was clean and comfortable. The hotel offered additional amenities like an extra elevator, comfortable chairs in the room, and a variety of options at breakfast. The gym and indoor pool were a great way to unwind after a long day of driving. Additionally, the room was spacious, clean, and provided a great night's sleep.

Staying at this venue was a lovely experience. I loved the historic area, and this hotel's location in the heart of it made for an enjoyable stay. The room was always kept clean by the housekeeping staff, and I appreciated the ironing facilities in the room. The service was great, and the staff were always polite and courteous, making me feel right at home. Having access to an indoor swimming pool and fitness centre also made my stay more enjoyable.

The location was convenient, just off the interstate and close to the historic area. The value for money was excellent, making it a highly recommended choice.

the facility was newly constructed and everything was in good working order. One thing I really appreciated was the presence of local police patrolling the parking lot, ensuring a safe environment. the breakfast provided was also delicious. If I ever find myself in the area again, I will definitely choose to stay at this Best Western Plus establishment. I may even consider checking out other Best Western Plus hotels during my travels.

I stayed at this relatively new and clean hotel for one night on my way to a nearby tourist attraction. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the workers were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great and the check-in process was a breeze. The rooms were spacious and had a modern, updated look. The hotel also had an indoor pool that looked inviting.

Convenient location on Route 66 with no road noise. Large, clean room and bathroom. Comfortable lounge chair and ample space for luggage. Close outlets and clever side table shelves. Fridge and microwave provided. a satisfying stay.

The hotel location was not ideal, being in a sketchy area surrounded by homeless people. However, the staff was helpful in providing information about the nearby area and the hotel was almost at the center of town. The breakfast was decent, but nothing special. The room and bathroom were both clean, and the service was okay. Facilities included a gym and pool, although they were sometimes crowded.

The room was quite small, and there was no view to speak of.

The breakfast was good with a nice selection of food and drink. The wifi was excellent, fast, and reliable. The location was almost in the center of town, with easy access to the El Rancho restaurant and several nearby stores.
