One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was amazing and rooms were clean smelled fresh everyday. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and on Mon-Wed evenings, they cater from local restaurants in the area such as Texas Roadhouse as a thank you to customers. Free coffee and water throughout the day also. The location was great. It was easily accessed by major highways. The location is close to restaurants. A Walmart was within walking distance and a mall was nearby. Staff was courteous and congenial.

Horrible Housekeeper. They have a rating posted of 100 and I’m not exactly sure how that’s possible!

The exceptional customer service at this hotel made our stay truly memorable. From Tamika's warm welcome at check-in to the prompt repair of a shower issue, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast options were delicious and satisfying. Despite some room furniture being a bit worn due to renovations, the overall experience was excellent.

This hotel is conveniently located in a good area, close to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed having Texas Roadhouse just a short walk away, which made dining out easy. The staff at this hotel were very attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we particularly appreciated the Jetta tub for a relaxing soak. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a variety of hot and cold choices to satisfy every preference.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spotless and the towels were arranged beautifully. I also loved the soap, they should seriously consider selling it. When I checked in, Belinda greeted me with a warm welcome and her big personality made me feel at home. The staff in general was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was very convenient, within walking distance of Walmart and several restaurants. It was also nicely tucked away from the main street, providing a quiet and peaceful stay. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent! There were so many choices, and the food was hot and delicious. Towanda, who worked in the breakfast area, was incredibly helpful and made my mornings even better.

During my recent stay at Best Western Plus in Goldsboro, I encountered a minor issue with my reservation, but the front desk staff quickly resolved it and upgraded me to a better room. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options. The overall customer service was excellent, making my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Goldsboro.

The location was great and the room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Belinda made us feel very welcomed and had a big personality. The facilities were suitable for our needs, with a spacious room and a pool that the kids loved. Plenty of parking and excellent access to the area.

Celebrating New Year's at this hotel was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating which made our stay enjoyable. The complementary breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect for us, as it was close to all the places we wanted to visit, making it easy to get around.

The downside of our stay was that we had to skip room cleaning a few times. The housekeeping staff seemed to be a bit afraid of our dog which made it difficult for them to clean our room when we were present.
