I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Grosvenor Airport Hotel for a short trip to SFO. The location was very convenient and the room, although basic, was comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good and the staff were friendly. I also appreciated the ample parking space and the hotel's attention to disinfection and sanitary rules. The check-in process was efficient and the mattresses and pillows provided a comfortable sleep.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception desk made me feel such a valued guest, upgrading me to a king size room just for being a member of the rewards club. The location is unbeatable, situated along the airport road in a decent area and with a free airport shuttle service, I was able to make my flight with ease in the morning. The amenities were top-notch, the room was equipped with an ironing board, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and even had a microwave and refrigerator. The indoor swimming pool was an added bonus, as was the bar/lounge area where I enjoyed a nightcap before bed.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious stay close to the airport, and I have already suggested it to my family and friends!

During Christmas, my stay was quite enjoyable. the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They offered complementary breakfast and shuttle service to the airport. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby shopping centers and restaurants. I also enjoyed the fitness center, which was well-equipped and clean.

The only downside during my stay was the lack of free parking. Although there were parking options available, it did come with an extra cost.

We had a pleasant stay at Best Western. the evening meal had a great choice and the food was well presented. the staff were very pleasant and the hot water in the shower was most welcome. the maintenance guy was quick to respond and understood our frustration about the non-working, crazy loud toilet. the room itself was comfortable and clean. We also appreciated the easy check-in process, convenient parking, and the hotel's good location with easy freeway access. McDonald's across the street was a plus as well. the hotel also offered a handy shuttle to the airport, which was convenient for us. it was a good value for money with decent breakfast options and a heated pool.

The restaurant had a delicious prawn special with just the right amount of seasoning. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the parking was close and secure.

This hotel is conveniently located for those who need to be close to the airport. The shuttle service from and to the hotel is free and reliable. It's also worth noting that the staff is friendly and professional.

Some areas of the hotel seem to need some renovations, and some of the amenities could be improved.

We had a great New Year's stay! Complimentary breakfast and WiFi were a nice touch. the location was perfect, with easy access to the airport and nearby shopping. We also enjoyed the fitness center, which had everything we needed for a good workout.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation. They didn't seem very soundproof, as we could hear noise from other guests throughout the night.
