At my go, to spot, staff once offered a cold drink in the heat. It suits me perfectly with Wi, Fi, luggage storage, fitness center, and outdoor pool. I return for holidays; it's got all I need , laundry, flat, screen TV, business center, and express check.

The spacious room had a comfortable bed, and the front desk staff, especially Tamara, provided exceptional customer service. They even accommodated special requests for my grandson. the almond milk at breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and the small kitchenette in the room was handy and clean. The location was convenient and only a short drive from our destination. Cons: Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Had a 5, day getaway and loved the exceptional customer service. the rooms were bright, clean, and had a handy kitchenette. the breakfast, though limited, was well, done with a nice selection. the facility was well, maintained, with nothing overcooked. the location was convenient, only 5 minutes from a key destination. the suite offered plenty of room and will definitely book again.

The bed had uncomfortable small pillows, and the breakfast lacked variety. the couch in the suite was too low to the ground, challenging for older guests.

Along with two TVs, there was a full kitchen with a nice-sized fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. the breakfast had a fantastic variety, including almond milk - a rare find for those with dietary restrictions. The hotel's location in the Kenwood area was close to a shopping center and highway, yet surprisingly quiet. Cons: Not a single issue.
