Just got back from a family trip to Vegas and stayed at this spot in the city center. Rooms were pet-friendly and equipped with everything we needed. The staff was super helpful, and the place had a conference center where I could sneak in some work. My kids loved the outdoor pool, and we all enjoyed the nearby golf courses. Plus, the free Wi-Fi and snack bar saved us from hungry meltdowns! Highly recommend for a chill Vegas stay. Cheers from down under!

Best Western Plus exceeded expectations with outstanding staff, very good breakfast, and a spacious eating area. the hotel's location ensures a peaceful stay away from downtown, avoiding traffic issues. the clean and well-furnished pool area adds to the overall enjoyable experience.

Umbrellas around the pool were only set up after being requested daily but eventually made the outdoor experience enjoyable under the shade.

The room was spacious and clean with a cozy bed. Enjoyed the American-style breakfast. Loved the helpful staff, especially Stephanie, who went above and beyond to return my lost earrings. No complaints - a great stay with courteous service, a pool, exercise room, and even a laundry room. Thank you, Best Western!

The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and professional, making check-in a breeze. the room was impeccably clean and well-equipped with amenities like a makeup mirror and a comfy chair, making my stay comfortable. It would have been even better if the bathroom outlet and heating system were in proper working condition.

While the hotel provided free Wi-Fi in public areas, I found the internet connection to be a bit slow at times, which was a minor inconvenience.

We went water skiing and skydiving nearby. The staff were cool and really helpful, and the rooms were comfy and clean. Plus, the location was perfect for hitting the outdoors and having a great time.

Would've been awesome if the hotel had a pool for some chill hangout time after our adventures.

Breakfast options were more varied than other places I've stayed at, offering a 'gourmet continental' breakfast that was perfect to kickstart the day. Shoutout to Sidney, the breakfast worker who ensured everything was clean and well-stocked. I appreciated the 24-hour coffee and water access, ideal for early risers like me.

One thing that could be improved is the noise levels in the rooms. I could hear footsteps from the room above, and the showers were a bit loud.

Stayed on the outskirts of Vegas, ideally placed for travel to Arizona. Clean, comfortable rooms with good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool to ourselves. Relaxing visit enhanced by sun loungers and provided beach umbrellas. Nearby landmarks like Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve created memorable family moments. Great value for a quiet stay near Vegas attractions.

We had a blast enjoying the water adventures at Lake Las Vegas, just a short drive from the hotel. The kids loved the water skiing, and we even tried our hand at skydiving, which was a thrilling experience for the whole family.

My wife says that the pool could have been a bit warmer for the kids.

I had a small issue with my reservation, but the front desk co-worker Vielka was incredibly helpful and ensured a satisfactory solution. The elevators worked seamlessly.
