We loved the spaciousness of the suite, perfect for our group size. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, even allowing us to store our bags while we attended a convention. The location was excellent, with two grocery stores nearby, a subway station within walking distance, and all the main attractions close by, including Broadway. The breakfast provided was great, and we enjoyed starting our day with delicious waffles and pancakes.

I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that felt like home. The cozy, apartment-style rooms reminded me of staying at Grandma's house. The full kitchen was a bonus, allowing me to prepare meals. The location was superb, with easy access to the subway and popular attractions. The staff, especially Mariana at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating. Despite some minor issues, like dated furnishings and a slightly uncomfortable sofa bed, my overall experience was positive. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its affordable price and comfortable accommodations. I had a great stay at the Best Western hospitality house suites!

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment-style with clean kitchen and plenty of room for a family of 4. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Great location, within walking distance of top attractions such as the theater district. Comfortable beds and good breakfast with plenty of choices. Free welcome basket a nice touch for the kids.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient. It was located in a bustling neighborhood close to the subway station and within walking distance to many main attractions like Rockefeller Center and Times Square. Despite the busy area, the rooms were relatively soundproof and noise levels were manageable. The rooms were quite spacious and had a separate dining area. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast provided was good and plentiful.

Some guests experienced issues with broken double glazing in the windows leading to noise problems and sleep deprivation.
