The value for our money was great, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to downtown but away from the busy strip. The staff treated us excellently, providing friendly and helpful service.

I recently stayed at this place and I have to say that I was impressed with everything. The location was amazing and I loved that it was on a hill. It was within walking distance of the downtown area which made it very convenient for me to explore the different restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful, from the reservation through to check-out. The room amenities were great, the heating and air conditioning worked perfectly and the tea and coffee facilities were useful. I also loved the fact that there was free wi-fi in the rooms.

The location of this hotel is fantastic as it is close to all the Branson shops and located right to the front door on stop #9 of the free trolley route. However, beware that the hotel is on a very steep hill which can be challenging for some travelers. The rooms are spacious and clean, with nice amenities like a Jacuzzi bathtub. The breakfast selection is good and the staff is helpful.

The pool is very small and not heated, which can be disappointing to some guests.

The room was clean, even the under parts of the couch, with no dust, dirt, or stains. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of everything. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep.
