At my regular spot, the staff suggested the best taxi. Reliable 24-hour amenities: secure, fitness, pool, laundry. Elevator, business service, speedy check-in/out. Sunbathing, A/C, smoke-free. Perfect for city trips. Always content here.

Comfort Inn & Suites provided a spacious, clean room with exceptional staff. the lobby was bright, clean, and well decorated. the pool area was comfortable and well stocked. the large mini fridge, with a working freezer, was a helpful amenity for special diets.

No early check-in. Limited towels and toilet paper.

Had a fantastic weekend stay! the suites were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious with friendly staff. It was super close to everything we had planned in Louisville, avoiding the hustle and bustle of the big city. the room's well-equipped mini-fridge was a great convenience for my special diet needs.

There were some downsides. the limited parking and unheated pool were minor inconveniences.

This hotel is a modern and clean property with a Mexican restaurant just steps away. The rooms are nicely furnished with plenty of plugs for charging devices. The breakfast is delicious and the breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. Additionally, the lobby is well laid out with access to computers, TVs, and comfortable seating areas.

Some of the staff could use an attitude adjustment.

My weekend stay at a hotel in Louisville was fantastic. the location was ideal for our volleyball tournament, close to the convention center and surrounded by dining options. Avoiding the toll bridge was a breeze with Waze. the rooms were recently updated and offered a decent breakfast.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The hot breakfast was a great way to start the day, especially on Christmas morning. the location was very convenient for getting around and exploring the city.

Our room was not up to par with cleanliness standards. There were hairs in the shower and on the toilet that did not belong to us.
