The area around the hotel was undergoing construction, which made it difficult to navigate and walk around. There were also some vagrants in the vicinity, which made us feel a bit unsafe.

The place was clean, room worked well, roll-in shower was great. Breakfast had eggs, waffles, sausage, cereal, fruit. Quiet atmosphere, felt like no one was there most of the time. Well-run and maintained, spacious and comfortable room. Friendly and professional staff, excellent highway access. Great value.

As a group of friends, we loved the easy access to the hotel from US290 and the proximity to Houston city centre. The ample and free parking spaces were a great feature. The numerous nearby restaurants provided us with plenty of dining options. The breakfast spread exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of choices, including hot items like eggs, bacon, and sausage. The hotel reception was welcoming, and we appreciated the availability of laundry facilities. Our room was comfortable, well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, and the complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi was a bonus. we highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at Best Western Plus Northwest Inn & Suites. The lobby was beautiful and welcoming, and the central entrance was a nice touch. The room was clean and spacious, with modern appliances. I also enjoyed the outside pool, even though it was too cold to use during my visit.

One downside was that there were not a lot of restaurants in the area, but there were a few chain restaurants and some great ethnic food options. Additionally, the fitness center was rather small, but it was still usable.
