I was initially concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel after reading some reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The hotel was modern, fresh, and very clean. The staff at the front desk, especially Reya, were amazing. They handled everything smoothly and professionally, even with a packed lobby. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was enjoyable, especially the pancakes. it was a great value for the price.

While the hotel had a lot of positives, I did have a few minor issues during my stay. The lack of luggage carts was inconvenient, and there were some maintenance problems, like a broken microwave.
