I spent Christmas at this hotel and overall, it was a great experience! the staff were friendly and helpful, and they even offered complimentary hot chocolate and cookies upon arrival. the location was also perfect for exploring the local area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, the room was comfortable and clean with excellent Wi-Fi.

The elevator was a bit slow and sometimes crowded, and the bathroom could have used a bit more storage space. the walls were a bit thin, so I could sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms.
