We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's in a great location - very close to restaurants, stores, and a sports complex. The service was excellent, especially the room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping and staff who were always very welcoming. The amenities in the room were great, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, sitting area. The TV and internet were excellent, and we enjoyed spending some time in the leisure area, including the indoor swimming pool and sun terrace.

We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel stay.

We got an amazing value for our money at Best Western Plus in Peoria! The room was spacious and comfortable, with separate living and sleeping areas. The location was convenient, close to shopping and dining options. The staff, especially Melissa and Joellen, were incredibly helpful and made our stay even better.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by fixing the broken pancake machine and ensuring that the juice is always stocked. The staff member in charge of filling the food was a bit rude when asked to change the empty juice container, but overall, the breakfast was still good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Melissa and Tammy, were exceptional. They went out of their way to make my stay special and showed warmth, a great sense of humor, and personal attention. The room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were great, and the scrambled eggs were cooked moist and soft with melted cheese. The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping and dining options, as well as the Bass Pro Shop where I attended a party. It is also easily accessible from the highway and close to downtown East Peoria.

The hotel and buffet area were clean and comfortable. The fireplace in the lobby was a nice touch. The staff were pleasant, professional, and cheerful. The King Suite was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was hot, varied, and delicious. The indoor pool was large and enjoyable. The price was exceptional and the hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and a shopping mall. The parking lot was well-lit and safe.

As young holiday goers, we loved the spacious room and the lovely large bathroom. The breakfast area was also really big, giving us plenty of room to enjoy our meal. The hotel was conveniently located near the expressway and had everything we needed. The indoor pool was a highlight, with a beautiful outdoor view. The food served was excellent and fresh, and we appreciated the efforts made to ensure safety during these times. we found it to be a great value for the price.
