The bed was incredibly comfortable, I slept like a baby. The toiletries were top notch and the shower had amazing water pressure.

The hotel had a great location, just a short drive to the Golden Nugget hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the decor was nice. The beds and pillows were heavenly, ensuring a good night's sleep.

This hotel is in a convenient location close to the shopping area and just off the highway. It is also close to the freeway and restaurants. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious with great decor. The breakfast was satisfying with many options to choose from. The bed was comfortable with good bedding and pillows. The staff was amazing and helpful.

The price was a bit overpriced compared to the amenities.

The location of this hotel is perfect for me as it is just off the freeway and close to many restaurants. It's also nice that it's not too close to the casino but still an easy drive away. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and well-stocked with amenities such as a refrigerator and microwave. I also appreciate the free Wi-Fi and the indoor swimming pool.

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus in Lake Charles for a few nights on my business trip. The breakfast was excellent, with a very attentive employee ensuring everything was neat. The room was clean and cozy, and I loved the overall decor of the hotel. The front desk clerk was incredibly personable and kind, making a great first impression. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel was fairly new, adding to its charm.

This hotel is conveniently located near the park, 210 expressway, and casinos. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities like a sofa bed and two queen beds. Breakfast may be limited to just coffee, but it's a nice touch.

The only thing that could have made our stay better would have been a cleaner room. the shower was not in good condition and the mirror was dangerously loose.
