We loved the spacious room with comfortable beds and the free shuttle to the port. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The ample free parking was a great convenience for us. The staff, particularly Rae and Evelyn, were incredibly helpful in providing us with transportation options, including to and from the airport. The location was perfect as it was within close proximity to the Queen Mary and the shopping/restaurant areas of Long Beach. Additionally, the breakfast provided at the hotel was beyond our expectations. The staff, especially Suzy, who manned the breakfast area, was incredibly pleasant and efficient, making our mornings enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, providing us with information about getting around and local attractions. The breakfast was basic but the staff member in charge was exceptionally pleasant and efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the July 4th fireworks. The staff were friendly and always eager to please. The building, while a bit dated, had been renovated and updated inside. It was conveniently located near multiple restaurants and shops, making it easy to find a place to eat. we had a great experience here.

We stayed at Best Western Plus San Pedro Hotel & Suites for one night before our cruise. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Kevin at the front desk. The room was spacious and comfortable for my family of 3. The breakfast had a good selection, including DIY waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon/sausages, oatmeal. The location was great for visiting the Museum of USS IOWA and other attractions at the port of San Pedro.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local places to eat. the lobby had a welcoming scent of waffles that made me feel nostalgic. the location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the pier and within walking distance of interesting places to explore.

The wifi connection was unreliable, constantly requiring resetting. Additionally, the shuttle service to the pier left early, causing us to have to wait for the next one.

The hotel was close to the cruise terminal of San Pedro, which made it very convenient for us. We also found a lovely Italian restaurant in the area that was within walking distance.
