We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We also appreciated the convenient parking and easy access to transportation, with the subway stations just a short walk away. The location was perfect, close to Times Square and several subway lines. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and were friendly and helpful throughout.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with two subway stations nearby that provided easy access to popular areas like Times Square and JFK airport. This was a major convenience during our romantic escape. Another great aspect was the comfortable and cozy room, even though it was a bit small. the bed was very comfortable, ensuring we had a good night's sleep every night. the breakfast, although limited in choice, was cooked well and tasty, providing us with a good start to the day. it was great value for money.

One drawback was the lack of storage space in the room. There wasn't much room to hang clothes or store bags and suitcases, which made it a bit inconvenient.

I loved the value for my money at this hotel! The room was clean, efficient, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was great, with lots of nice places within walking distance. The staff treated me like a friend, they were so attentive and thoughtful.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more fresh options like fruits and maybe some homestyle potatoes.

Best Western Plus Soho exceeded our expectations in every way. the hotel is brand new and spotlessly clean. the staff were amazing, always friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our rooms were cleaned every night, and the breakfast was a bonus with something for everyone. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the subway and only a few stops away from popular attractions. It truly felt like a home away from home in NYC. We will definitely be back. Well done to the entire team for their friendly and helpful attitude.
