The grab-and-go breakfast at 4am was a lifesaver for our early flight! the room was clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We were not happy with our stay. the parking was difficult, and the television in our room was useless.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The price was reasonable and the location near the airport was very convenient. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, with a nice pool and a breakfast that had a wide variety of options. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the ample parking and the fact that the hotel provided transportation, including shuttle service to the airport. The in-house laundry was a bonus for us. The hotel's proximity to both Universal Studios and Santa Monica made it easy for us to explore these popular attractions.

Great location near the airport and convenient shuttle service. the fact that they offer a free shuttle to and from the airport was a huge plus. the location was also great for easily accessing car rental companies and city buses. the free breakfast provided each morning was a nice bonus.

The hotel had issues with payment methods, causing inconvenience and extra costs for guests. the staff made us feel uncomfortable and questioned the legitimacy of our payment method.

I recently stayed at a hotel close to the airport and I was pleasantly surprised by this place. the location was very convenient - it was just a short trip to the airport and located very close to the main shops. Additionally, the staff especially at the reception desk during the night shift were so helpful, making my stay even better. Lastly, the facilities were great, the indoor and outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a swim in the morning.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk provided excellent customer service, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The lobby was beautifully decorated with Christmas music playing, adding to the festive atmosphere. The continental breakfast was great with a good selection of food to start the day.

Stayed here for one night while in transit to Mexico. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious and clean. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. They even provided an early breakfast, which was great before our 6am airport shuttle. The shuttle service was good, although we did have to wait a while to be picked up this time. a great choice for accommodation near LAX airport.

Would recommend this hotel.
