I booked this hotel for friends visiting me and it was in a great location. The staff was helpful when they had to move rooms due to ants, and the breakfast was very good. The decor was nice and updated, and the hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and the shower had quick hot water. The room had plenty of storage and the parking was convenient.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in several ways. the value for money was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices for a room with a hot tub. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. From the beautifully decorated lobby with flowers hanging from the ceiling to the well-appointed rooms, everything was carefully arranged. Lastly, the location of the hotel was superb. Situated in a good area with great restaurants nearby, we had plenty of options for dining out.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a separate seating area. The bathroom was also roomy and had a door for added privacy. The closet featured an iron and ironing board, which was a nice touch. We appreciated the convenience of having a coffee bar, fridge, and microwave in the room. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, although we didn't have the chance to try it.

The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service. we highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, affordability, and great location.

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus in Lubbock for one night while traveling to another destination. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The top floor location provided a nice view and a peaceful atmosphere. The front desk clerk, Nathan, was friendly and provided excellent service during check-in.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, with great restaurants nearby. The staff provided exceptional service, from the room service to the dry cleaning and laundry services. The room amenities, including the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities, were all top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the sitting area and the hair dryer and free toiletries were a nice touch. The refrigerator and microwave were also very convenient. The television and am/fm alarm clock were great for entertainment.

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the city but in a great, easy-to-navigate area with several places to visit in Lubbock, including the Texas Tech campus which is 10 minutes away. The rooms are large and well-lit, with comfortable beds and a seating area next to them. The breakfast provided is of excellent quality, with choices of fresh omelets, hash browns, and bacon. The staff are attentive and friendly, making the stay very comfortable.

The fitness room was a little small.
