Guests can enjoy the proximity to the lake, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The rooms are spotless with fluffy towels and a large vanity. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast options are plentiful and the seating area is lovely. The hotel also has fire pits, a pet-friendly policy, and a large parking area.

This hotel is conveniently located near many wineries and activities in the Finger Lakes region. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with helpful recommendations for local dining. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary hot cookies upon arrival, and the 24-hour coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. the property also had fire pits outside for relaxing in the evening and a large pet exercise area, making it a pet-friendly option.

The downside to this hotel is that it is further away from sightseeing locations on Seneca or Cayuga lakes, which meant we had to travel a bit further to see certain attractions. while the amenities were clean and well-maintained, there was no scenic view from our room, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a fantastic stay at the BW Hammondsport Hotel. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful Finger Lakes region. The staff were incredibly caring and went above and beyond to assist when my husband fell ill during our visit. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast was superb - fluffy eggs, crisp bacon, delicious cinnamon bread, and yummy banana chocolate chip muffins. The room was spacious and clean, with a functioning A/C. The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Convenient location near Hammondsport and other small towns.

The hotel offered a wide range of delicious breakfast options including eggs, waffles, sausage, baked muffins and breads, toast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Fire pits outside provided a cozy atmosphere to relax and enjoy some wine. Hammondsport, a charming town, and its friendly people made the stay even more enjoyable. The Village Restaurant is highly recommended for dinner.

I felt welcomed into the family, no complaints at all.
