The hotel location was perfect for exploring the local sights. We enjoyed visiting the waterfalls and mountains, which were very close by. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The restaurant on-site served great meals at reasonable prices.

We had a delightful stay at a rustic hotel in a charming town. Our room had a small patio with a mountain view, and the bar and restaurant were pleasant. The exceptional bar service and delicious salads made our evening enjoyable. The pool and spa were also lovely. I recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Best Western Plus Tree House for one night during our road trip. The location at the base of Mt. Shasta was perfect for exploring the area. Our room was warm and cozy, and we loved that there were two entrances, one right outside the car park, making it convenient to travel with our dog. The outside area with chairs and a table by the mini river was a nice touch. The breakfast had plenty of options and the food was excellent. it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is located in a beautiful little town with stunning mountain views. the grounds are well, maintained and pet, friendly, which was a big plus for us. We also enjoyed the atmosphere of the on, site restaurant and the occasional live music.

The rooms, although nice and clean, didn't quite live up to the price tag, especially the ones advertised as having mountain views. the breakfast was not included, even with a coupon, and wasn't worth the additional cost.

We recently stayed at a hotel just off the highway and we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received. The staff were always welcoming and helpful, the complimentary welcome drink was a nice touch! The room was comfortable with all the amenities we needed, including a cozy patio with garden furniture. We were impressed by the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long drive. The hotel had free Wi-Fi in public areas and ample on-site parking.
