We had a fantastic stay at Best Western! the breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious, providing a tasty start to our day. the pool, spa, and exercise room were all well maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed using them. the clean rooms and comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised by the large TV in our room, which added to our overall satisfaction.

We had an Awesome Time! Friendly staff, comfy bed with 4 big pillows, fresh breakfast with lots to choose from, big TV with lots of channels. The pool and spa were open 24/7, nice temperature, and no need for sunblock since it's indoors. Plenty of towels both in the room and at the pool area.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints.

The staff was attentive and provided exceptional customer service. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs, especially Lacey at the front desk who ensured that I had a ground floor room that was accessible for my husband with a leg brace. The room itself was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The king bed was incredibly comfortable and the addition of a cozy recliner made it even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the fact that breakfast was included in the room rate. The breakfast offerings included a variety of hot and cold options, and I particularly enjoyed the make-your-own omelette station. It was a convenient and delicious way to start my day.

I decided to book a stay at this hotel due to its ideal location. Situated on an extremely busy street, it is pretty close to the freeway, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. Not only that, but there are also boutique eateries in the older downtown area nearby, offering a variety of dining options.

Despite being offered additional blankets upon check-in, the thin blanket and polyester coverlet left me feeling freezing during the night.

The highlight was the Jacuzzi suite upgrade which was perfect for relaxation after a long work week.
