The rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly and willing to answer any questions. The breakfast had a good selection to choose from.

The hotel was quite loud, especially at night, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The hot tub wasn't very warm, and there was a lot of noise coming from a wedding that was happening during our stay.

The breakfast, included in the stay, starts early at 5:45am and even offers some fresh fruit options.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The walk-in shower with its fabulous shower head had excellent water pressure. Loved having a morning paper delivered to our door.

We had a nice Christmas stay at this hotel. the room was clean and well-furnished, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. the hotel was conveniently located near key attractions, making it easy to explore the area. the breakfast setup was nice and offered a good variety of options to start the day off right.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the noise level was quite high, especially at night, with loud chatter and slamming doors.

I recently stayed at Best Western in White Bear for a short vacation with my wife. The breakfast was fantastic, the room was comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were particularly impressed with the Owner who took the time to socialize with the guests and went above and beyond to ensure our last day was enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, the tiled showers were a nice touch, and having a Keurig in the room was a great convenience. The hotel also had a pool, a sunroom, and a weight room, which added to the overall experience. AAA+

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the awesome restaurant on the grounds. The location by the lake was beautiful, and we enjoyed exploring the downtown White Bear Lake area. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I had a fantastic stay at the Best Western in White Bear Lake. The room was clean, well-furnished, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. The comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The location in the charming town of White Bear Lake was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

The parking can be a bit challenging on busy weekends, but it didn't detract from the overall positive experience. Additionally, there were some minor issues with ants in the bathroom, but it was promptly addressed when brought to the attention of the staff.

The rooms have comfortable beds and are well furnished, but the cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom. The breakfast is decent with a good selection, but the food could be warmer. The staff is friendly and responsive and the lobby is cozy with a fireplace.

The common areas could be improved, in particular, the hallways were not clean and had overflowing trash cans and dirty plates, which created an unpleasant smell and an unsightly mess.

I also loved the breakfast options, which were tasty and diverse. the location was perfect, with convenient access to local attractions and business areas. Additionally, the owner's involvement in socializing with the guests added a personal touch to the overall experience.

The only downside was that the elevator seemed a bit rough during our stay and was out of order for repairs when we checked out. However, this was not a major issue for us as we were able, bodied and could easily manage the stairs.
