We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel. the lobby was clean and attractive, and the breakfast selection was decent. the hotel staff was apologetic and offered us compensation when we faced some issues during our stay.

Some of the rooms had issues, such as broken shower curtains and non-functioning heaters. One of the rooms we stayed in was not the cleanest and had garbage behind the chair.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially the breakfast lady. The hotel facilities were great, and my room was kept so nice each day. I also really loved the location, as it was near the events I came to town for and close to a shopping center and lots of restaurants. Plus, it was a short distance from the Hollywood casino, where I spent a few enjoyable hours. the cleanliness, breakfast, staff, and convenient location were the best aspects for me.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Best Western Plus in Harrison. The lobby and hallways were clean and made a great first impression. The staff, especially Haley and Josh at the front desk, were friendly and extremely helpful. Even though they were understaffed, they handled the influx of guest requests and demands with professionalism and efficiency. The hotel had a retro charm and the pool was a nice feature. The hidden patio was a real gem, with plenty of seating and a beautiful koi pond. The breakfast offered was plentiful and delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
