I recently stayed at Best Western in Burnet for a family event nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and available until 9am, which was convenient. The location was perfect for our needs, and the room was clean and comfortable. The beds were much more comfortable than other places I've stayed, and the hotel was quiet.

As a family, we loved the friendly staff, clean room, and convenient parking right outside. The front desk clerk went above and beyond by providing us with a list of hiking trails and spots to see in the area. The comfortable beds and pillows were a lifesaver for us, especially with our neck and back issues. The breakfast was delicious, and the lady who prepared it took pride in her work.

We felt so welcome during our stay that we have no complaints at all.

The location of this motel was very convenient as it was close to great attractions, restaurants, and everything in town. The room was very clean and modern with all the necessary amenities. The free breakfast at the lobby was delicious and had plenty of options. The pool looked very inviting, and there was a nice river walk with ducks and turtles nearby.

One minor issue was that the shower pressure could have been better.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, including pancakes, waffles, pastries, fruits. It's also conveniently located near parks, lakes, shops, wineries, and a delicious BBQ shack.

The pillows were a bit too bulky and the bed was softer than I prefer. It would have been better to have individual lights over the beds for reading, as the main light was too bright and bothered the other person when turned off.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a wide variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, sausage, and even Texas-shaped waffles! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate our reservations and saved us from a disaster. The hotel had recently undergone renovations, and the room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. I appreciated the gated swimming pool area, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The hotel also provided a Keurig coffee maker in the room, which was a nice touch.

The breakfast had a good variety of food, including delicious eggs and a nice selection of coffee. the location was very convenient, as it was close to the event I was attending. Another plus was the comfortable beds and pillows, which allowed me to sleep soundly throughout the night.

The hotel did not offer a designated area for pet waste, which was inconvenient for my furry friend. I had to resort to allowing them to do their business along the fence line, which wasn't ideal.
