I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The beautiful pond and colorful garden surrounding it created a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially with my medical condition. The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were open until 11pm, allowing for a great way to wind down at the end of the day. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The breakfast options were great and they even allowed guests to order off a menu. the staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience more enjoyable. Plus, the Japanese Garden on the property was beautiful and provided a peaceful escape.

The gym at the hotel was not impressive, and for a premier property, I expected more. Additionally, the lack of fresh air in the rooms due to the windows not opening to the outside was disappointing.

The value for money was excellent, the room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The location was safe and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The Japanese garden on the property was a beautiful and unique addition.

The breakfast offerings could be improved, specifically the bacon quality and temperature control.

It's also conveniently located right across the highway from the local hospital, making it incredibly convenient for anyone needing to be close to medical facilities. The service at this hotel is top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and friendly bell staff who are always ready to assist. The housekeeping staff ensures that the rooms are spotless, and the laundry service is a great convenience. I was greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The staff's commitment to providing excellent customer service is truly commendable.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel that was surrounded by a colorful garden and a beautiful pond. The location was perfect as it was close to various restaurants, making dining very convenient. The room was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of towels for our use. The service was excellent, with the staff being very accommodating and welcoming. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good selection of food to choose from.

There was a slight issue with the shower in our room. Despite this, it did not detract from our overall positive experience and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Best Western Premier Boulder Falls. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its thoughtfully designed decor, comfortable beds, and top-notch amenities. The Japanese garden was a beautiful touch, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. The area surrounding the hotel felt safe and clean, making our stay even more enjoyable. The lobby and grounds were beautiful. the hotel is conveniently located near Western University, making it perfect for visitors. the on-site restaurant was surprisingly good and offered a buffet breakfast included in the price.

The room I stayed in was in need of attention. the bedside lamp had a broken switch and the heater kept shutting off, leaving the room cold.
