I was able to easily access all the main attractions without needing to take public transport. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice views of the surrounding area. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. this hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

On multiple occasions, we requested room cleaning but were told that the cleaning personnel had already left, resulting in no cleaning done. This issue should have been made clear to customers beforehand or an optional fee for a cleaned room should have been offered.

There are plenty of options for breakfast nearby, such as Whole Foods market and Starbucks. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated their prompt room cleaning service. The room itself, a kingsize room, was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-functioning air conditioning system. The small fridge in the room was a convenient addition. We also loved the complimentary coffee, tea, and water available near the reception area. it was a fantastic value for money experience.

We recently stayed at this hotel for almost 12 days and we highly recommend it! The staffs were always friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient, close to all the sightseeing spots and subway stations, and within walking distance to everything, including 5th Avenue where we needed to be. The tea and coffee facilities in the lobby were great, and it was nice to have the option of free coffee and lemonade.

This hotel ticked all the boxes for me - it was great value for money and had all the basic amenities like a clean and comfortable room with a nice view , tasty breakfast , and friendly staff who were always eager to help. The location of this hotel was also superb with everything I needed close by. As one of the reviews said, it was close to the subway station and all sightseeing spots such as the renowned 5th Avenue.
