The hotel had a great location, close to all the attractions in Manhattan. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The beds and showers were comfortable. The rooms were clean and had good space. The breakfast was good, with different options every day.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Just a 3-minute walk to Macy's and a 10-minute walk to Times Square and the subway. It's great being able to easily get around and see the sights without having to travel far.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being very near Penn Station and within walking distance of many landmarks. We were able to easily explore the theatre district, Morgan Library, Bryant Park, and Herald Square. Additionally, the rooms may be smallish, but they are nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, and have everything you may need including a tea/coffee maker. The beds were so comfortable and we appreciated the convenience of having breakfast included. The staff were friendly and very helpful with our requests and the breakfast itself was really good.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, with plenty of restaurant options nearby and just a short walk to Macy's and other attractions. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea at the front desk. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in New York City.

The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options, and I especially loved the delicious doughnuts. The hotel bar was a great place to unwind, with a friendly staff and an outdoor patio. The free wifi was reliable throughout the building, and the lobby coffee was surprisingly good. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
