The hotel is just a short walk from the famous Alamo and the vibrant Riverwalk area, making it super convenient for weekend explorers like me who love to soak in the culture and dine at Riverside restaurants; I really appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms with helpful staff, but the parking situation could be improved since I had trouble finding a spot for my car.

The staff, especially Brenda, were superbly welcoming and helpful. The room was cozy, with comfortable beds and great bedding. The breakfast was delicious, and the historical charm of the building was well maintained. Despite being in an old building, the room was equipped with modern amenities like a microwave and refrigerator.

The fire alarm incident caused inconvenience, with some staff members not being able to handle the situation efficiently. Parking was an issue, requiring guests to pay for a connected lot.

The elevators were a nightmare! With only one working, I constantly waited over 15 minutes just to get to my room. Housekeeping hogged the elevator, making it impossible to get around efficiently. Super frustrating!
