comfy rooms and nice amenities

Loved the spacious rooms and the big walk-in shower. The pool and hot tub were nice touches too. The staff was generally friendly, but there was a hiccup with the sofa bed not being ready and the check-in wait was kinda long. a bit weird that breakfast isn't included.

The staff were accommodating and quickly resolved any issues, such as noise from neighboring rooms. Being able to easily access restaurants and shops by foot or car was a major advantage of the hotel's location. The breakfast selections were varied and delicious, and the Nespresso machine in the room was a welcome bonus.

The housekeeping service could have been better, as there were some cleanliness issues in the room, such as dried dog puke and sticky substances on furniture handles.
