The hotel had excellent amenities and service. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and the discount for hotel guests was a great perk. The pool and hot tub area was clean and inviting. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated, and the balcony provided a beautiful view of the mountains.

There were a few minor issues with cleanliness, such as finding a hair in the bathroom sink and a toothpick on the floor. The pool also had a couple of dead flies, which was off-putting.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. The room had a lovely warm ambiance with its western/rustic decor, and I particularly enjoyed the sitting rooms on each floor with fireplaces. The food from the restaurant was excellent, and room service was efficient. The hotel is conveniently located close to museums and everything you'd come to this city to see, including the Buffalo Bill museum which was excellent.

We had a lovely stay here. The venue is very close to everything you'd come to Cody to see, down the street from the excellent Buffalo Bill museum. We were impressed with the room amenities, including the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities and free wi-fi. The staff were polite and professional, and we appreciated the leisure facilities like the indoor pool, jacuzzi and fitness studio.

No continental breakfast was provided, but we recommend this hotel to all.

The restaurant had amazing food and we ate there for every meal. Room service was convenient. The hotel had great amenities including comfortable beds, two bathrooms, and a microwave. The location was close to everything and the hot tub was a nice perk. The bar/restaurant had fantastic bartenders and a delicious steak.

The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone visiting the area. It is very close to everything you'd come to see in Cody, including the excellent Buffalo Bill Museum. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, with a wet bar and spa seat shower. The staff are extremely helpful, with excellent ideas about things to do whilst in the area. The hotel also has great facilities, including a laundry room with free front loaders.

The TV and bathroom lighting could be improved.

The hotel had a great gym with all the necessities and a working pool and hot tub with a great view. The staff was accommodating and the rooms were clean.

The room service menu was limited and there was no salad option for supper. The view from our deck was not pleasant, overlooking air conditioner units, dumpsters, and a small section of the parking lot.

We were blown away by the impressive quality of this hotel. It felt brand new and everything was in excellent condition. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated, with a surprisingly spacious balcony. The staff, especially Patty at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant and bar provided great service and added convenience to our stay. Complimentary coffee in the lobby and a cozy sitting area on the second floor were nice touches. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

We traveled west and stayed at Best Western Premier for two nights. It was by far the best hotel we stayed at on our trip. The property looked brand new and everything worked great. Our room was nicely decorated, quiet, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us a later checkout. Parking was free and easy to find. The amenities were top-notch, with a hot tub, gym, and pool. an excellent hotel experience that we highly recommend.
