The hotel's location is really convenient, close to the airport, plus easy access to highways for exploring nearby attractions like the Everglades. the service provided by the staff was fantastic, they were accommodating and attentive to all our needs. the room amenities were satisfactory, and the room was comfortable for a quick stay between flights and the cruise terminal. the breakfast offered a nice selection, with fresh fruits, eggs, waffles, bagels, and bread.

Overall, everything was fine during my stay.

We were pleasantly surprised when the staff upgraded our room to a king suite, which was a nice touch.

That one elevator was out of service during our visit, causing delays and inconvenience, especially for guests on higher floors. It would be beneficial if breakfast was included for all guests instead of charging a separate fee.

Just got back from a hotel stay with an AMAZING outdoor swimming pool - a real gem! Would consider staying again. the room was better in person!
