I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of by the lovely staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the on-site restaurant. The Irish pub served delicious food and had a great tap selection. I also appreciated the free popcorn and ice cream for the kids, a nice touch. The location of this hotel was perfect, being close to Hershey Park. The indoor swimming pool was a hit with the family, and we enjoyed the live entertainment provided. I had a wonderful experience and felt pampered during my stay.

The only downside was that the staff seemed a bit uninterested in providing information about the hotel's services. However, I would highly recommend this hotel to families due to its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and array of amenities.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel while attending a concert at Hershey Stadium. From check-in to dining at the restaurant, the staff was friendly, outgoing, and provided great customer care. The restaurant had a happy hour with half-price appetizers, and the staff there were very helpful. The hotel is older but very well maintained and beautifully decorated. The front desk and housekeeping staff were welcoming and helpful. Our grandson loved the clean and well-maintained pool, as well as the game room for kids. We also enjoyed breakfast at the Irish restaurant, O'Reilly's, which had big portions and reasonable prices. The hotel's location was excellent for our excursions.

The hotel had a beautiful lobby with nice tile work. the staff was friendly and helpful. the room and bathroom were clean and had a nice sized flat, screen TV. I also appreciated the complimentary WiFi, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. the hotel's location was great, conveniently close to both I, 81 and I, 83. It was also near Hershey and the airport, with complimentary shuttle service provided.

The rooms and hallways were outdated and in need of renovation. There were stains on the curtains, bathroom door, and tub.

Modern and clean rooms, with great amenities provided. the shower was amazing! the staff were all super friendly and helpful. the beautiful lobby with free coffee and water was a nice touch. the bar was comfortable and reasonably priced.

The fridge in the room leaked, and when I mentioned it to the front desk they couldn't do anything about it. the vending machines were overpriced.

This hotel is conveniently located, close to a variety of restaurants and stores. The airport is a short drive away and Hershey Park is accessible with relative ease. Some rooms offer comfortable beds and pillows and guests can enjoy the heated pool and arcade.

Some of the rooms are in need of renovation and updating.

During my recent stay at the Central, Best Western Premier, I had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff, especially Guest Service Representative Cher, went above and beyond to accommodate my family's needs. Cher helped us extend our stay and even followed up to ensure our comfort. The maids were also kind and helpful. The complimentary popcorn, coffee, and water added a nice touch to our stay. a great place to stay!

He provided excellent service, gave honest suggestions for our meals, and helped us save money with happy hour specials. The food was delicious, from the appetizers to the main course and dessert. The hotel rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The staff, especially the general manager, were very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed the free happy hour drinks and the cozy seating area in the lobby. the free coffee and tea provided in the lobby was a nice touch. the hotel was located near many restaurants and shops which made exploring the area convenient.

The pool was very cold, and several older guests could not get in because of the temperature. the breakfast was not worth its price, as the homemade biscuits were dry and hard.

The room at the Best Western Premier is just fantastic! The newly renovated guest bathrooms are so fresh and modern, with chic granite counters and glass enclosed showers. The comfy beds and free WiFi make for a great stay.

Personally, I found the extensive beer selection at O'Reilly's Tap Room a bit overwhelming.

The location was perfect - close to everything I needed for the weekend, including Hershey Park attractions.
