I recently stayed at Best Western in Whitefish for a wedding and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel offered a great breakfast with a wide variety of choices including waffles, eggs, yogurt, and fresh fruit. The free parking and convenient location within walking distance to the town center were also a plus. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and our king room with a spa tub was spacious and well-designed. the hotel provided excellent customer service and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful place.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I had a really great stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and gave me some fantastic recommendations for dinner in the area. The room was large and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included, and it exceeded my expectations with a variety of hot food options. The hotel also had all the amenities I needed, including a spa bath in the room. I felt like I got excellent value for my money.

The location is perfect, just across from a mall with a supermarket. The staff was very helpful, suggesting great activities like hiking, fishing, and horseback riding. They even offered a free airport shuttle! The room was clean and had great amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. The leisure spa & wellness center was amazing, and we loved the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. The staff's attention to detail was greatly appreciated, like the lady who cleaned the room and brought us items we forgot after checking out. Amazing!

We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional cleanliness and comfort of our room at Best Western Rocky Mountain Lodge. Despite the hotel being filled with children and dogs, our sleep was never disturbed thanks to the quiet atmosphere. We didn't use the pool, but it was evident that families with children had a lot of fun there. The pet-friendly policy was impressive, with many four-legged travelers seen around the hotel. The fact that employees could bring their dogs to work made it a truly wonderful place for pet lovers. Additionally, we enjoyed a very good breakfast at the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. They even had fresh cookies available at the front desk every evening, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was convenient, being situated right on the highway before reaching the town. This meant that even during busy times in town, we were far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Additionally, there was a Safeway and Starbucks nearby, making it easy to grab any necessities or a morning coffee.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. Furthermore, one of the dryers in the hotel was not working properly, which made doing laundry a bit inconvenient.

I would highly recommend this hotel for both travel and business purposes.

Our king suite with a spa tub was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The separate living room area and beautiful furnishings added a touch of luxury. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the historic district. The extended continental breakfast exceeded our expectations with a variety of fresh fruit and yogurt options. The staff were friendly and environmentally conscious. The spacious and well-designed floor plan of our room, with multiple TVs, made our stay even more enjoyable. And the staff went the extra mile to ensure our comfort, storing our ice bricks in their freezer. We highly recommend this hotel!

I recently stayed at Best Western in a great location off the main entry. The room was spacious, not crowded, with a good-sized bathroom and a great mirror. The breakfast was delicious and the staff, particularly the lady in the dining area, were friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were also nice and accommodating. The other guests were friendly as well. The coffee shack next door was awesome and there's a convenient Safeway/Walgreens nearby for any needs or snacks. Special shoutout to Stephanie at the front desk and Steven, our shuttle driver, for their warmth, friendliness, and helpfulness. One of our best Best Western experiences ever!
