Clean and welcoming hotel with a warm fragrance upon entering. Attention to detail with shining floors and no dust anywhere. Convenient location for attending a wedding and family dinner. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent indoor pool and jacuzzi. Good breakfast. Comfortable and well-appointed rooms with a very comfortable bed. Easy to find with clear directions provided. Easy access to the freeway.

The hotel was in a good location, with easy access to both the Salt Lake Valley and Provo. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were comfortable, with very comfortable beds and minimal noise from other guests. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including hot items like waffles.

No major issues or areas for improvement were noted.

I had a wonderful stay at Best Western. The room was comfortable and clean, and the internet worked well. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options available. The hotel looked updated and maintained.

One specific situation that happened to me was that I found the bathroom a little small. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience I had.
