I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The front desk managers were always smiling and willing to help. The lady in the breakfast area was delightful, serving delicious food every morning. The hotel was also in a great location, close to restaurants and just a few minutes away from everything I wanted to do, like attending a baseball tournament and exploring Myrtle Beach. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the rooms even had a larger fridge and microwave than most other hotels I've stayed in. I had a fantastic experience!

During my stay here, I was impressed by the convenience of this place. I loved that it was located close to restaurants and commercial services, which made it easy for me to access everything I needed in just a few minutes. Plus, the hearing impaired services were a nice touch, and the room amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen tv made my stay feel very luxurious. The staff here were also amazing - they called two managers numerous times just to make sure they could do everything I asked for. I felt like a VIP guest!

The comfortable bed and abundance of pillows ensured a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the small desk and office chair, which allowed us to get work done comfortably.

The front desk clerk was professional and corrected a mistake with TV volume. The entire staff is pleasant, with excellent customer service skills. The breakfast area is clean and the food is great.

The location was perfect, as we were able to get to everything that we wanted in just a few minutes. The variety of restaurants nearby was a plus. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved the beautiful view of the area from our room.

The pool was not heated, which made it too chilly for us to enjoy a swim.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Troy for two nights. The bathrooms were clean with no signs of mildew and the toilet seat problem was fixed immediately. This was truly the best hotel experience I've ever had and I highly recommend this place. The front desk staff, especially Heaven Lee, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They were accommodating and had a great attitude.

The receptionist/supervisor was incredibly welcoming and provided us with great recommendations for local eateries. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient for our needs. we were extremely pleased with our stay at Best Western.

While the room was well-maintained, we did notice a slight odor upon entering. Additionally, the availability of amenities such as a comfortable chair and additional towels could have been better.

The hotel was well, maintained on the outside and the lobby was average. the hotel was recently renovated, with new carpeting that gave it a fresh look. the check, in process was smooth and hassle, free.

The housekeeping and linen service was extremely disappointing. the towels provided were nasty and stained, making it difficult to determine if they were clean or not.

This hotel is a great value for money. The rooms are very comfortable, and all basic amenities are available. The location is excellent, with restaurants and the baseball tournament all just a few minutes away. Breakfast is included, and the breakfast area is a pleasant place to be, with excellent coffee served.

The hotel was just what I needed to get some rest and then get up and be on my way. The location on the north side of town was excellent, with many restaurants nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was nice.

The noise from the nearby highway was a little disruptive at night.
