My stay at the Best Western Troy Inn was like finding a hidden gem in a sea of mediocre motels. The beds were as comfy as a cloud made of marshmallows, and the room smelled as fresh as a summer breeze, despite past complaints. Breakfast options were plentiful—almost like a buffet fit for a king! The staff, including a super helpful breakfast gal, made my mornings feel like I was in a sitcom with a cheerful diner scene.

The toilet needs fixing.

Comfortable beds made for a pleasant night’s sleep.

During my stay, I faced several issues that left me frustrated. On top of that, the air conditioning was inadequate. I had to keep it on freezing to alleviate the humidity in the room. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the towels provided were very limited, and when I requested extras from the front desk, the staff were unhelpful and stingy with their response.

The location is great for stopping through, with easy access to nearby dining and a quaint vibe. The room appeared fresh, and the bathrooms sparkled, which was impressive for a stopover.

Unfortunately, there were some bumps along the way. The pool was unheated and off-limits for the kids, which was disappointing, particularly since that was a key reason for choosing this spot. The air conditioning struggled to keep up, making it uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the towels provided were surprisingly small and thin—a detail you might not expect for a busy hotel. To top it off, encountering a dirty toilet and hair in the bathtub wasn't exactly the royal treatment. You know it’s not ideal when you’re left feeling less than impressed after one short night.

stayed at best western troy inn and it was super clean and comfy. the staff were really nice and helpful, always greetin us with a smile. breakfast had a good selection, especially if ur a fan of hot food in the mornin! the location was easy to find and right off the main road, which was cool too. the shower had great pressure, loved it!

the indoor pool was freezing, which was kinda a bummer. also, the towels were small and not great quality.

Clean room, friendly staff, will ensure a welcoming atmosphere with convenient features like free parking and a relaxing indoor swimming pool for unwinding after a long journey.

Couldn’t find a single fault.

The rooms were spacious and had unique touches that made it feel homey. the decor caught my eye! Plenty of parking available, which was great for our group. Check out Troy University if you're in town!
