My family and I had a great stay at Best Western. The room was comfortable and it was a bonus that the hotel accommodated smokers with balconies. The staff was helpful and the food was good. we enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

We had a crazy experience during our stay at this Best Western. First, we noticed that the security lock on the entrance was covered with tape, but when we reported it, it wasn't fixed. Then, in the middle of the night, a loud buzzing sound started in our room. After some investigation, the front desk staff discovered a walkie talkie left behind the toilet that caused the noise. It was definitely a unique experience! Despite these quirky incidents, the staff was friendly and tried their best to resolve the issues. I'll recommend this hotel for its interesting and memorable stay.

The fitness area and pool were in poor condition. the equipment was dirty and some of it was not working properly.

I recently had a fantastic stay in Midland, at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. the hotel's attention to detail and value for money were outstanding. The prices were reasonable, making it a great choice for both families and budget-conscious travelers. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the Jacuzzi area, with easy access to all the shops and attractions in Midland.

No aspects needing improvement.

The pool area was great for kids with two pools, one of which was shallower. the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable.

The hotel had a great location near MBS and the room was comfortable with a surprise bonus of a microwave and refrigerator. The bed was low enough for easy access, making it convenient for elderly guests. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable.
