Great staff and comfy beds

Really liked the location, super close to everything we needed. The staff were super friendly, especially Cole who helped make my friend's birthday special with a cute surprise. The beds were amazing, tons of pillows! Just one small thing, the walls were kinda thin, so you could hear traffic and noise from nearby rooms.

The room was so cozy and comfortable! The premium bedding was like sleeping on a cloud, and the rainfall showerhead made every shower feel luxurious. The flat-screen TV and free WiFi were a nice bonus for relaxing after a long day.

The partially open bathrooms with showers might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it's just my personal preference.

The rooms were very clean and well appointed, making our romantic escape even more enjoyable. We also loved the helpfulness of the front desk staff, who made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, offering convenient access to key attractions in the area.

One aspect we were not pleased with was the lack of breakfast included in the room rate. Although they did have a bistro with breakfast options, it would have been more convenient to have breakfast included.

We appreciated the convenience of having a Keurig coffee maker in the room and the option for free coffee in the lobby. The location was ideal, with nearby attractions and a safe neighborhood. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. it was a great value for our money.

As a group of friends, we loved the modern look and feel of the hotel. The rooms were well-appointed and very clean, reminding us of hotels in Europe. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for accessing central Springfield attractions. The individual pen lights on the beds and dimmers on the room and bathroom lights were nice touches. The bathroom with the glass shower walls and rainfall shower head was an absolute delight. The beds and pillows were super comfy.

The room was clean and had big windows that allowed for plenty of natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the lighting was perfect. I also loved the balcony that added a special touch to the room. The cafe in the lobby had delicious gluten-free options and the smart TV was a great addition, allowing us to catch up on YouTube videos. it was the best place to stay during our vacation.
