The hotel was in a great location, close to all the main attractions in the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. One of the best aspects was the complimentary breakfast, which had a wide variety of options and was delicious.

My experience at this hotel during Christmas was not very pleasant. the room was not properly cleaned, with dirty linens and a strong odor.

I had a fantastic time during my recent stay at Best Western. I was in town to visit a friend and stayed for a few nights. The housekeeping staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our room was immaculate and stocked with top-notch amenities. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were clean and of excellent quality. The motel grounds were well-groomed with beautiful landscaping, and the pool was clean and refreshing. Additionally, there were several restaurants and a grocery store nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping.

On our road trip, Vicksburg served as a convenient overnight stop. The hotel's location, right off the highway, made it incredibly easy to find. We loved that there was a Waffle House just a short walk away, reachable without even leaving the parking lot. Our room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The friendly and helpful staff, specifically Pat at the front desk and Cristina in the dining area, made our stay truly memorable. Aside from the coffee, everything about our stay was top-notch.

The hotel had no elevator for clients that could not navigate stairs, which was a bit inconvenient for some guests.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Vicksburg. The location was perfect for exploring the Vicksburg National Military Park and downtown area. It was also conveniently located next to food outlets and highways, which was key for me as I was on a long road trip. The rooms were fresh, clean, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. I was impressed with the attention to detail, as the room had good cold air conditioning and plenty of hot water in the shower. The staff was absolutely wonderful and the service was top-notch. Plus, the hotel offered basic amenities like an indoor pool and coin laundry onsite. And let's not forget the low price - it was a great value for money.

The only minor downside was that one of the rooms I stayed in was a bit dark and located right by the vending and ice machine, which could get a bit noisy in the morning. Additionally, there was a slight smell in the carpet.
