Didn't dislike anything about the property

The staff were friendly and the location was convenient for my trip. the breakfast had many choices and the coffee was great!

The room was dirty with leftover soap and hair everywhere in the shower. Furniture had stains, and guests were loud and smoking weed in a non-smoking hotel.

Best Western in Chicago offers excellent value for the price with spacious, clean rooms equipped with useful amenities like a microwave and fridge. the staff are attentive during breakfast hours.
