I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful view from my room. The secure location was a major plus, and the jacuzzi was cleaned every day. Having dishes and utensils in the kitchen was a nice touch, and the air conditioning worked really well. The gated parking structure kept my car secure, and the gentleman who helped me with my bags was a lifesaver. the hotel provided a wonderful experience.

I stayed in a spacious executive queen suite with a living room, kitchenette, and bedroom with a solid door for privacy. The cafe off the lobby had a European feel and the omelette was great. The staff was friendly. The fitness room and pool were well equipped. The only downside was the $45 parking fee. I recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel & Spa for a short trip. The suite I had was spacious and luxurious, with a beautiful view of the pool area. The staff, from cleaning and maintenance to the front desk and doormen, were all exceptional and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The bar and room service staff were also fantastic, making every meal and drink a pleasure. The hotel itself is small and quaint, with a classy layout and a nice pool. it was a clean and perfect place for a short stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The grounds were gorgeous and the staff was fantastic. The hotel was clean and the staff was very pleasant. The location was perfect, situated in an upmarket residential area and close to everything. The hotel facilities were great, with a pool and a gym that we used during our stay. The staff, especially Nelson the doorman/concierge, went above and beyond to make our stay special. we were extremely satisfied with our experience.

Great location, close to restaurants and shops. Nice and comfortable bed. the water pressure in the bathroom was good. Enjoyed the beautiful and spacious bathroom. the public areas were elegant and well-maintained. the pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Convenient parking, even though it was expensive. Appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room. the view of the courtyard and koi pond was peaceful and calming. the restaurant for breakfast and coffee was great.

Noisy neighbors, thin walls, could hear TV and snoring at night. Some stairs to get to the room, which was inconvenient with lots of luggage.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this cozy hotel. The location was perfect for our visit to Rodeo Drive, just a short taxi ride away. The superior room was comfortable and cozy, and we loved the beautiful gardens and swimming pool area. The hotel has a distinct European feel and the restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan on returning next year.

During my Christmas stay, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The first thing that stood out to me was the spaciousness of the rooms. I felt like I was staying in a luxurious apartment with its elegant and classic design. The kitchenette was fully equipped, which was a huge plus for me as I could prepare meals at my convenience. Another great aspect was the location. It was conveniently situated in a key location, allowing easy access to various attractions and amenities. Plus, the friendly and gracious staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. the upper-level jacuzzi was not in the best condition and the jets were not working properly.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, with close proximity to shops and restaurants. Despite being close to everything, it's far enough away to be a relaxing place to stay. The rooms are charming with a Beverly Hills aesthetic, and the pool area is a standout feature.

The hotel charges exorbitant fees for parking and wifi, which detracts from the overall experience.

The bathrooms were spacious and had a large bath and standing shower. The valet service was kind and helpful, although the pricing was a bit high.

I could hear my neighbors' conversations late at night, even with earplugs. When I called the front desk for help, they didn't respond immediately, which disrupted my sleep and made my stay very unpleasant.

The house had upscale amenities including a beautiful bedroom and private bathroom. The backyard was pretty, and the surprise treat was the magnificent sequoia tree in the garden. The hosts were delightful and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. as a backpacker, I found it fabulous!

Felt completely relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.
