The value for money at the hotel was great, especially with the free upgrade to a suite. The room was beyond our expectations, with a beautiful and clean design, and the staff treated us like VIPs throughout our stay.

Great service towards my dog, they provided a special menu and a doggy bed. In-room amenities were luxurious, although I preferred the amenities at another location.- The staff was well-trained and provided personalized service.

The pull-over sofa was a bit old and could use an update. The hotel is due for a renovation soon.

The house car was readily available and very nice for those traveling by car. The hotel accommodated my son's strict gluten-free diet with safely prepared meals.

Our stay was made even more memorable by the warm hospitality of Esther during a top-notch pedicure and Irene at the front desk, who was a delight to interact with. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

The attentive and polite staff, especially Stephanie and Jini from guest relations, made our stay extra special. The location is fantastic and the Cut bar was EXCELLENT. We had a blast at the karaoke nights and enjoyed the casino games available. Great entertainment options for people like us who love karaoke and casinos.
