Perfect location, charming old-world charm, friendly and helpful staff. The location was ideal, surrounded by fabulous restaurants, a bookshop, a café, a day spa, one block from the river. My room was stunning with a chandelier and French doors opening to a beautiful courtyard. The amenities were perfect, including a fridge and water bottles. The room had the best open glass shower with rain and handheld showerheads, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I can't wait to come back to this hotel! I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect and memorable stay.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable at Bienville House Hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with beds that were like sleeping on clouds. We loved having a balcony overlooking the pool, and the entire property was spotless. The front desk staff were friendly and offered great recommendations for local eateries. When we return to New Orleans, we will definitely stay here again!

Felt safe walking at night, nothing was too much trouble.

Recently stayed at Bienville House for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond with their service. The hotel is located in a safe and convenient area, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The bathrooms were in excellent condition, with modern and clean facilities. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection, and the courtyard was a beautiful place to enjoy it. The classic New Orleans architecture added a charming touch to our stay.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The hotel's location just off the main activities of downtown makes it super convenient for exploring the vibrant city of NOLA. The rooms are beautifully decorated in NOLA style, with century-old furniture that adds a touch of charm. The spacious patio and balconies provide a delightful place to relax and soak in the atmosphere. The breakfast, although it could have offered a few more items to choose from, has scrambled eggs and bacon that are freshly made and definitely satisfy any hunger.

All was above expectations.

The location of the hotel was perfect - close to everything but away from the craziness. The room was surprisingly big and the bed was very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, remembering my name and even having the car ready for me. I was able to check in early and my room was ready ahead of time. The pool area was beautiful and the hotel was in close proximity to great restaurants, bars, and attractions.

We had the best stay at this hotel! The room felt like home and the king bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff provided excellent service and gave us great recommendations for local dinner and breakfast spots which were just a short walk away. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to everything in the French Quarter and near the riverfront. Additionally, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was superb, as we were able to walk comfortably to everything in the French Quarter and even to the warehouse district. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast provided. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to offer great recommendations and provide us with any information we needed. Additionally, the hotel was close enough to everything to easily explore the city on foot, but far enough that we had a peaceful and restful sleep each night.

The hotel is in a great location, it's close to all the French Quarter activities and our favorite attractions. The staff is hospitable and attentive, and the rooms are clean and well cared for. The hotel has convenient facilities like the pool and the on-site parking garage.

The hotel charges a high parking fee, which may not be feasible for budget travellers.

It was all superb.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. the rooms were tastefully decorated and had a cozy feel. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city but still peaceful. I enjoyed being able to people-watch from the balcony without being disturbed by street noise. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to unload our belongings and park our car on-site.

The only downside was the mediocre breakfast. Although the staff serving coffee and helping with the toaster were friendly, the food itself was not impressive.

The location of Bienville House couldn't be better. I arrived much earlier than check-in time but the lovely woman at the front desk, Crystal, was able to get me into a beautiful room. The happy hour at the tiki bar was fantastic and the staff were all so kind and welcoming. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel. my stay was great!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel just off the main activities of downtown NOLA. The location was perfect - within easy walking distance to all the sites in the French Quarter and just a couple of blocks away from the Mississippi River walk and the Outlet center. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious, with lovely bath products and some even had a view of the French Quarter. I also enjoyed the basic amenities provided, like the courtyard and pool, and the comfortable bed made for a restful night's sleep.

No improvement necessary, everything was just fine.

Despite a couple of perks, this hotel failed to meet our expectations. We appreciated the tastefully furnished and spacious room, as well as the hot shower. the hotel's location was in a prime spot for exploring.

Our stay was not without flaws. the cost of parking was excessively high, and the taxes in the area were ridiculous.
