The location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was also close to popular tourist attractions in the area. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was easy.

One of the negatives was the parking area, which was quite small and could be difficult to find a space. Additionally, the room was a bit dated and in need of some updating.

Convenient location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. Perfect for families or group stays. Loved the view of the village and the cozy atmosphere. Will definitely consider returning.

My husband and I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Big Bear. We were looking for a convenient location and found it right in the heart of the village. The spacious suite had a large living room, a comfortable bed, and a fully stocked kitchen. The gas fireplace added a cozy touch without the hassle of starting a fire. The jacuzzi tub was a nice bonus for relaxation. we had a wonderful and romantic experience.

Would recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of Big Bear Village. It was a quick drive to Bear Mountain and Snow Summit. The 1-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and had a full kitchen. The manager, Bill, was extremely kind and helpful. The lodge had everything we needed, including extra bedding and towels.
